Why won't it let me log into ClassLink? ›

Make sure you're using the correct username and password provided by your school or district. Check for typos and ensure that caps lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

Access Denied error: If you get and "Access Denied" error it is likely related to a caching issue or stored passwords/cookies. Try a separate browser or incognito mode. If that works and it lets you in, then its definitely a cache issue.

From your computer's Internet browser, go to your school system's ClassLink login page and click Remote Login. (It'll be on the bottom of the screen). Use the mobile app's Authenticator on the mobile device to scan the provided Remote Login code and choose a user to log in.

Your account will lock after too many unsuccessful login attempts in order to protect your information.

Passwords must be in alpha-numeric form, containing at least eight characters. Passwords cannot contain your first or last name if exceeding two characters. Passwords must contain 3 out of the 4 following requirements. ○ Lowercase, Uppercase, Number, Symbol ● Passwords are case sensitive.

403 - Forbidden: You're not permitted to access the web page or server, usually due to a problem with the website. 404 - Not Found: The server isn't able to locate your requested page. 429 - Too Many Requests: You've sent too many requests in a given amount of time. Retry your request after a "cool-down" period.

Enter your username, then click the checkmark button. If your school requires a code, enter it before clicking the button. Follow the on-screen prompts. For example, you may need to answer pre-selected security questions, enter a code received via SMS text, or reset your password by email.

If you see a “lock” when you hover over the app that means it was created by the district and you cannot delete it.

This pop-up happens when you try to open a ClassLink app for the very first time. It asks you to install the Chrome browser extension for Single Sign-On (SSO) within ClassLink. Single Sign-On allows you to navigate all the apps within ClassLink ​without having to re-enter​a password.

All school systems have a unique ClassLink login page with customized sign-in options. ⚠️ Contact your school's ClassLink Administrator or technology department if you need your username and password. ClassLink can not provide login credentials.

Why does it say my account is locked out? ›

The most common reasons for getting locked out of your account include: Incorrect password attempts. Changing your password. If you recently changed your password, you may get locked out if there are devices, apps, and web browsers that are using the old password.

To Enable Classlink:

Go to Account Settings --> Integrations. Click the Classlink On/Off switch to enable this feature. Click Save at the bottom of this section.

Specifically, a 410 error means gone. In Googles terms, the server returns this response when the requested resource has been permanently removed. It is similar to a 404 (Not found) code, but is sometimes used in the place of a 404 for resources that used to exist but no longer do.
