"It's okay, you're going to be alright." Viserys assured her.
"Viserys, help me, please." Aemma begged 
"It's going to be alright, hold on." Viserys said.
Aemma was wailing, and she couldn't continue, Mellos was talking to another maester. 
"Mellos." Viserys called him.
"Your grace, if you would." He said, and Viserys kissed her hand and let go. He then walked to Mellos. "During a difficult birth, it sometimes becomes necessary for the father...to make an impossible choice."
"Well, speak it." The king said.
"To sacrifice one, or lose them both." Mellos bluntly stated. "There is a chance that we can save the child. The technique is taught at the Citadel, which involves cutting directly into the womb to free the infant, but the resulting blood loss -"
He was cut off by Viserys. "Seven Hells Mellos." He was being told that his second wife could die. Viserys knew there he needed more heirs in the event that something were to happen to Taeron, and unfortunately Taeron wasn't showing any interest in taking a wife since he returned early from his tour, and there was no way he was going to leave the Seven Kingdoms in the hands of Vaegon. "You can save the child?" He asked.
"We must act now or leave it with the gods." Mellos said, and Viserys sighed.
"Lock the door, do not let anyone inside, including Prince Taeron and Vaegon." Viserys choked out, and a handmaiden locked it. He then walked to his wife and knelt down. He saw how exhausted she was.

"Viserys." Aemma called him.
"Yes?" He asked. 
"Remember our first dance, it was beautiful." She said in her drowsy state.
A single tear fell down Viserys' cheek. "They're going to bring the babe out now." He told her 
"Mm." Viserys then looked at the handmaidens, and they pulled the pillows aside, and a maester got on the bed
"I love you more than you know, Aemma." He said. Just as she was about to respond, she felt herself being pulled down
"Ooh." Aemma groaned, and the Arryn queen looked at Viserys. "What is happening?" She asked.
"No, it's alright." Viserys assured her. 
"No. What is happening?" She asked again more sternly. "Viserys what -" She was cut off by her husband. 
"No, it's alright." He assured her still holding her hand. "It's alright, they're going to bring the babe out." He said. 
"How are they-" She was cut off again.
"It's alright." Viserys assured her again.
"Viserys, please." Aemma begged.
"It's alright." He said again. 
"No, I'm scared. Where are my children?" She asked.
"Don't be scared. They're going to bring the babe out." He said.
"Oh no." She said
"It's alright." He kept saying.
"Viserys, please. Aemma begged. 
"It's alright, the maesters know what they are doing." Viserys said.
Aemma then saw the maester with a blade and immediately knew what was going on. "Oh no! No! No!"
"Making the first incision." Mellos said.
"No! Help me!" Aemma screamed at the top of her lungs. "Viserys, stop!" She yelled again, but Viserys only held her hand. "No, no, no! Viserys, no, please!"
"Don't be scared." The king said, and Aemma started screaming when they started cutting her open. This went on for a while, and she felt hands digging inside her, her screaming became more faint.
"Taeron! Vaegon! Rhaenyra!" She yelled for her sons and her daughter, she loved them with all her heart and now she will never see them again, they pulled out the baby and Aemma Arryn took her last breath and her body went limp, Viserys knew that what he had done was unforgivable, he had no idea how he would explain this to his children, but he knew one thing, everyone in his family would see him as a monster. 
"Congratulations, your grace, you have a son." Mellos.
"A son?" Viserys said with fresh tears running down his face.
"Yes, your grace, another boy." Mellos said. Viserys was in tears, and he didn't notice that the baby was gasping, struggling to breathe, and the baby also took its last breath and died. 
Back at the tourney grounds, Otto walked to Taeron and whispered something in his ear. No! No, you're lying! You're f*cking lying!
I'm sorry, my prince. Otto offered his condolences. 
The council had been informed of what had just happened, and Taeron couldn't begin to explain his rage. He felt a headache coming again. He saw Davion Baratheon wielding his father's sword, Blackfyre killing something that he couldn't explain. It looked dead, but it was alive. He saw Davion riding on a dragon as well. What could all these visions mean? Taeron pushed back his headache and visions for now. He had to deal with his father first.
