  Advantages:

  It was mypuppy's first grooming appointment. They took good care ofher and she came out even more beautiful than she was goingin.

  Disadvantages:

  There was some scheduling miscommunication but that was mostly onour part. Itis difficult tocontact but just need tohave patience.

  Lindsey isa miracle worker. Itook mygrandmas dog inher first time. She has had ahard past and was very shy and doesn’t trust strangers she grawls and bites but when wewalked inshe met Lindsey and they were quick best friends and came out looking like amillion bucks best groomer ever weloveher!

  Had afamily emergency which caused meto miss mydogs appointment, forgot tocall inwith the stress. They took acouple months tofind usanother date and would not honor the money weput down so165$ lost with nosecond chance orunderstanding. Won't beusing orrecommending again.

    Nicholas, wedisagree that your wait was several months asmultiple offers for different appointments were sent out before you found the one that would work foryou. Weunderstand that you’re frustrated with our non-refundable/transferable policy and wish you well inyour search for anew groomer who better suits your need offlexibility.

  I initially tried tocontact byphone toset upa nail trimming appointment for mylab. Nobody answered the phone asI'm sure they were busy. Ithen texted amessage asking when itwas possible toget mydogin. Ireceived avery short and snappy response basically accusing meof trying tosneak herin. Iwas definitely surprised and figured that itwas probably better tofind somebody else. Here's the part why Igave them two stars and notone. Afew days later, Ireceived anautomated messagewith anappointment offer for still multiple daysout. Ifigured I'd sit and think about itfor aminute, then tomy surprise, Ireceived another snotty message again telling methat they never offered for afit inappointment. Ithought tomyself well nokidding. These guys can't even respond toa simple question asking when Ican bring mypuppyin. Maybe ifyou're acurrent customer and are accustomed tothe ways these people dobusiness, it's okay. But Iwas anew customer that had noclue how their system worked and was greeted with aresponse like that. Ifthey treat dogs the same way they treat new customers, nothankyou!… – show

    Your initial message was sent onWednesday evening requesting anappointment asyou stated your last place pushed you off over amonth you said you just wanted someone who loved labs. Weresponded Thursday morning that wedid love labs and would get you inline for anappointment. Friday you sent arepeat ofthe same message. Wewere closed Saturday-Monday isobservance ofIndependenceDay, however onMonday evening, Irealized wehad anopening onthe9th. Isent anautomated text out

    to you which you did not respondto. Tuesday morning Ihad another text ofyour displeasure however noresponse toyour appointment offer. Unfortunately, Inever got aresponse soI had tocancel your appointment atthe 24hour mark (this was stated inyour appointment offer) and move tothe next client inline. I’m unsure how Icould ofmade your experience better. Weunderstand that our scheduling policies and procedures are not for everyone and they are different for other salons. Ihope you and Lilly find the perfect salon, she looks like asweet girl!

  Every aspect ofthe experience with these ladies isamazing. Very professional, understanding, and great work isto beexpected when visiting. The owner isvery knowledgeable about what she does. Never thought mydog was aswhite asshe isuntil Ibrought herin. Absolutely love this place.

  I'm incredibly picky about the groom Iwant for mydog. The groomers were very willing tolisten & did EXACTLY what I'd askedfor. She's been back acouple oftimes & looks beautiful every time. It's nice tonot have tobe afraid ofwhat mypup will look like when Ipick herup.

  I'm giving a5star because mydog has experienced difficulty when trimming nails.
  Staff isknowledgeable, very kind and even better… Seem toform aninstant bond with yourpet! Noheavy scents… great with “issues” you pet may have and terrific customer service!!!
  Bark Avenue has business for sure and Iget tosupport local business!!!

  I called last minute indesperate need ofa bath for mymedium/large sizedpup. Mydog isvery skiddish and nervous when meeting new people and this was his first time ever getting groomed. They were great with mytimidpup, and they even said hedid very well! I’m very pleased with the service and well worth the price!
